We're thrilled to have Dr. Thomas Holcomb, the founder of Deaf Awareness Week in Rochester, NY, as our guest of honor and keynote speaker at the Black Tie Gala. And to keep the energy high, we've invited the incredibly talented Warren 'Wawa' Snipe, a world-renowned Black Deaf Entertainer.
